Fishing Trends LAKE OKEECHOBEE The cold fronts have slowed the bass bite, and anglers have had to cover a lot of water to catch fish. The cleanest water has been around Ritta Island, East Wall, West Wall and Cochran's Pass. A few speckled perch were biting live minnows. The lake level was 14.15 feet.
