Fishing trends LAKE OKEECHOBEE Bass fishing has slowly been getting better as fish become a little more concentrated with the higher water. Bass were still biting wild shiners, plastic frogs and 10-inch plastic worms fished in and around the outside grass lines from Long Point to Observation Island.
