Lake Okeechobee Bass continue to move into the grass beds that have opened since the lake's level rose in the wake of Tropical Storm Fay. Anglers have had success fishing the outside edges of the grass lines on the main lake with plastic worms, topwater lures and jerkbaits. Bass also were biting worms and stick worms in the rim canal around J&S Fish Camp. The lake level was 14.75 feet.
