Lake Okeechobee The lake level was up to 14.02 feet thanks to Tropical Storm Fay, and bass were slowly starting to move into the grass that had been high and dry for much of the past two years. Anglers were having success flipping soft-plastic baits in the grass and running soft-plastic topwater lures across the grass.
