First time out this year

Events of the last 6 months took away some of the fun in fishing. I was invited to go with a friend on Thursday on the lake. We live in a community called the Quarry in Naples and there are 2 large lakes and many large ponds. Bill took me on the large lake in his 17 foot Key west Bowrider. The day was beautiful, low 80's, a few clouds in the sky and a nice breeze blowing. We went to the north end of the lake and anchored up near the buoys marking the rocks. We cast luresfor about 40 minutes and released 1 bass. We then started to drift from the east side to the west side with the wind. The first drift we caught and release 1 bass . On the second drift we lost 1 bass at the boat and picked caught and released 1 bass on the west side near the shoreline,
A great time on the water and it got me hot to go again
