11/10 Macks, Kings, Bonitos

Started off having a hard time catching bait but we found what we were looking for but not in large numbers so out to the spot by sunrise and Jrod was asking when the macks would show up and bam!!! fish on. His first Kingfish, then he is up again with a nice spanish mackerel, Then after some more macks hit the deck on artificial and livies we head out to the edge for something bigger and he's on again with a nice hefty bonito in 130'. That was his first king, spanish and bonito. Scratched 3 off the list in one day.WTG!!!

Great pics! Nice to see someone is catching something right now. Our season is long gone- its nice to know that it's still happening somewhere else.

That's a Fat Albert (Euthynnus alletteratus) not a Bonita (magustamo mucho). The bonita is good table fare but a cat won't touch a bloody red False Albacore.
