Outrigger Repair

Does anyone know where to buy the stainless steel cable for the outrigger trusses? The cable looks like about 1/16" diameter. Is there a special type
of ferrel to use for crimpin the loops?

or you can buy 480 # cable stainless aircraft type off of e-bay cheap and get some 1.6 crimps for the connections.

I looked all over for the wire. I finally bought a roll (150') of Malin Stainless cable from Capt. Harry's in Maimi. Bought some zinc crimps, hope to get started on the repair tomorrow.

The repairs were relatively simple with the turnbuckles & crimps. I used the zinc crimps. Are the copper crimps better ?

Also the stainless wires rub together--Does anyone know of any material to use where the truss wires cross ?
