Custom, but you can do something similar with the Smith Rod Holders and some tube steel in any garage...

This weekend will be the official "Grand Opening" at Melton's!
Stop by if anyone is local and check it out, it will a great time, with some cool stuff going on and a good time to meet some new fishing buddies and contacts.
