John,

I used to run our boat down to the Turks and Caicos. I am not sure if you really need a FAD. We had 5 shots a day at Blues all during the summer. Most of our fish were caught with in eye sight of Parrot Key. All of the boats fished that area. Not only were we catching the marlin in that area but also the tuna's. I beliwve the north side on the island also held an abundent amount of tunas as well. I noticed that the area really did not have any real charter boats. Most of them were the tourist style charter boats, you know leave the cut and throw the spread out kind ( drag and snag style). If you really put in the time you could have yourself one hell of an operation.

Good luck to you!

Nice. Contact Warren Cortez for some info on the ones we have here. Would be beneficial to you guys in the long run placing one long term one instead of dropping 8 or more $1000 set ups like the commercial guys here do. Only problem is keeping it a secret from the others or it'll be like here.... 120 charter boats... 4 or 5 buoys. Major traffic, headaches, and lost lures.

Here ya go....

I hear ya man, I know the fish are here. My problem is that I'm on a private island here far away from the other islands with more fishing boats. I'm all there is here and I'm doing mostly 3 hour trips and don't have the time to run far or troll for long periods of time. Provo and Grand Turk has great fishing, but it's too far away for me. Where I'm fishing is literally pretty much unfished.

Won't have that problem here. I'm the only show in town. No one near me.
