That's some of the most incredible carnage these eyes have ever seen. I can't wait for a chance to get back to PV, that's one simply amazing place

Plus in the crew's defense they probably bounced all 3 of those fish on deck within the last 15 mins...and likely filleted all 3 within the next 15 on the run home... Things are certainly a little different down here...but that doesn't necessarily mean they're wrong...just "diferente"...

But the BOOMER i'm talking about is the 68' Pettigrew that came before the Whiticar...friends of mine bought the "old" BOOMER and moved her over to the west coast...where i am happy to report she has been kicking ass under our care in a large and formidable way... Sadly, she is also for sale...so if someone wants to buy her please, please promise you'll keep her around here...the BOOMER is one of the best...and if i lose her i will miss her deeply...

"Looks like they need to invest in a fish bag and some ice. Lots of meat going to waste."
Those tuna will stay sushi grade for an hour plus with no ice on them.... Seen it done down south a million times with no problems.... we are taught that it has to be iced immediately and while it certainly lasts longer doing it this way, I have had sashimi YFT that was an hour without ice...don't forget the water temp is likely in the low 80's so? Hey JT... Nice pictures of the bait balls....that looks like a jigging and popping buffet right there....VERY NICE Curtis |

I was just talking about the fish needing ice. Trust me, I'm probably the most fish eating and killing person on here. I've killed my share and I understand the other cultures.
