You gotta try this Wahoooo!

1. Wahoo steaks any size you want.
2. Lemon Pepper & Garlic Sauce Marinade found at your local supermarket.
3. Bacon

Simply marinate your wahoo steaks in this sauce for 45 minutes to an hour. After that wrap the fish with the bacon. Place in baking pan and cook @ 350 for 20 minutes. Heres the secret next broil the fish on high for 5 minutes. No need to flip the fish it cooks perfect. This is awesome, enjoy.

Sounds like an easy, delicious way to cook Wahoo. We hope to catch some Wahoo this October. I'm look forward to baking some of Captain Tom's Special Wahoo Steaks. Thanks!

I generally marinate my wahoo in Good Seasons Zesty Italian dressing for about 20 minutes, then grill.
