Xmas Buckeyes

Everybody probably knows about this one

The ones I took out on the BFT trip yesterday did not stand a chance in the pit of the Bite Me.


Confectioners sugar
Margarine
Peanut Butter
Semi sweet chocolate chips

Use enough of each to keep the peanut butter taste from fading but also to give it a consistency to roll into a 1" ball.

Roll out all ingredients place on cookie sheet. Chill in frig till they are all firm


Get one big bag of semi sweet chocoate chips (you can also use the milk chocolate bark coating but I like the semi sweet better)

Pour all the chocolate chips into a bowl sitting over a boiling pan pot water.

Let all the chocolate melt, then take peanut butter balls out of fridge and dip into the chocolate (there is no non messy way to do this, use kitchen tongs for best results) place chocolate coated peanut butter balls on cookie sheet covered in wax paper. Let cool and harden.

Glad yall enjoyed them , I did not bring them aboard to be looked at. No problem Box and Lee. If I am fortuante enough to be on anothe BFT trip I will bring more. I am about to pop right now from all this holiday food here at my mom and pops house. I dont even want to think about eating for at least a day time to head home. I got a date in he swamp with some feathers in the a.m.
