WORLD CLASS AMERICAN FRIES

I JUST LEARNED ABOUT RED SKIN POTATOES AS FRIES.....I HAVE USED IDAHO BAKING TATERS FOR YEARS BUT NOW....THINGS HAVE BECOME MUCH EASIER WITH THE REDS......THEY COOK FASTER....

I FIRST BOIL THE RED POTATOES... ...APPX ONE HOUR.....NO MORE

LET COOL AND THEN REGRIGERATE......THIS MAKES THEM EASIER TO SLICE UP

THEN IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT CALORIES AND CRAP...USE PEANUT OIL....BUT IF YOU DO...THEN USE CANOLA OIL

I JUST BOUGHT THIS NEAT DEEP FRYER...100 BUCKS FROM BED , BATH , BEYOND STORE......VERY EASY TO CLEAN AND STORE

I HAD SEASONING AFTER WARDS ...CHILI POWDER, SEASONING SALT....

BUCKET OF KETCHUP...AND HOLEY COW! THE BEST FRIES IN THE WORLD!

A RED POTATOE WILL ALSO STORE SLICED IN A ZIPLOCK BAG FREFIGERATED FOR DAYS WITHOUT DISCOLORING LIKE AN IDAHO DOES

ONE CAN ALSO ADD CHEESE AND CHILLI TO THIS MORSEL

Just info. Bed bath and beyond can be a decent source for
whatever if you get there coupons, $5 off 20% off whatever and they take em after the expiration date. Really never expire. Bring as many coupons as you have and it applies each to as many purchases as you have for the best savings.
Aw geez, I think I just got in touch

Love those red potatoes That burger looked a little beyond medium rare, however

Take a few red potatoes, cut 'em into cubes. put in a baking pan with olive oil and garlic, bake til crispy

Box, them fryers are the Heat! Got one for Christmas and it's been used hard. One suggestion, move it to the "men only" part of the crib. That way it can be used with impunity. No comments about smellin up the house, or all the weight you'll gain from using it everyday. Happy frying. I tried to attach pics of mine but couldnt get them to size right. Any help??
