    Wild Turkey, with Garlic and Ginger

    Simple Recipe
    Always remember when cooking wild game, Do Not Dry it out
    We used a 2lb or so turkey breast
    Rubbed it with Lemon pepper for a few hrs before cooking
    Fresh Garlic and Ginger
    Green Onions
    Wondra Flour
    White Wine
    Olive Oil
    Pasta

    Heat Olive Oil
    Dust your turkey cutlets in Wondra and Brown
    Remove from pan add chopped garlic and ginger, brown slightly do not burn.
    Hit it with the white wine simmer slightly
    add turkey back
    add pasta toss
    add green onions

    I usualy prefer my Wild Turkey on the rocks - sometimes with a splash of ginger ale...

    But that sounds like great eats
