Thumbs up WAHOOSKIE STEAKS, YUM YUM

Well, Ill be very frank with ya guyz, i dont venture in this department much.

But lately ive been playing around in the kitchen, and im kinda liken it. I only really like to cook stuff i catch, i guess it has something to do with the feeling of a total process, Catching, cleaning, preparing, cooking.

So i just figured i would share a lil experience i had tonight.

I took about 6 wahoo steaks, sliced some apples up and put 2 small oranges on the steaks, with a handfull of walnuts.

    Added

    OLDBAY(GOD I LOVE THIS STUFF )
    GARLIC POWDER
    GOYA
    PEPPER FLAKES
    Very Litle worchestier sauce (spelling?)
And a lil bit of hot sauce.

Took it all and wrapped it in a sheet of aluminum foil, through it on the grill for awile.

And dam was it good, I made it with grilled asparugus....

    WHOLE FAMILY GRUBBED IT DOWN!

I think im going to start participating in this part of the playground a lil bit more
