Venison Summer Sausage and Snack Sticks
Did a little sausage making yesterday, been fooling with it for years with mixed results, this year I did a lot of research and got some new equipment, trying to perfect the art, and I'll say this batch has turned out the best yet, tomorrow will be making bratwursts. I'll save the long type about my trials and errors, and countless pounds of wasted deer meat, but if anyone wants a little help on the subject, ask away.

Captnemo... I'm ask'n! Looks great and if you've done the trial and error over the years, it probably taste great as well. I've got the Itialian sausage down along with standard jerky, always looking for better/different ways to fix the ten or so we get each year. Thanks, Netman
