    Ultimate Hot Vinegar

    Take fresh Habanero peppers and rinse them off.Ultimate Hot Vinegar-picture-819.jpg Next pack them into a Mason Jar.Ultimate Hot Vinegar-picture-820.jpg. Take vinegar add a little salt and bring to a boil then pour into jar with peppers.Ultimate Hot Vinegar-picture-821.jpg

    I wear latex gloves when I handle those now.... I've made so many WRONG moves after handling habaneros with my bare hands...

    I know what you mean. I make this shrimp or chicken from hell appitizer with jalapeno peppers and one day I made about 20 of them and I did not wear gloves and my fingers were burning.

    Robja, what kind of vinegar are you using. It looked like apple cider or rice wine cause it had a darker color than white, in the pot but could not tell for sure. Thanks Tim

    It s apple cidar vinegar. sometimes I make it with white vinegar but I like the darker better. My grandmother(97) says the habernaro is to hot so I make her some with red and green cayenne peppers.
