Try a few fillets steamed with a little old bay. Then eat them like you might crab legs dipped in a little drawn butter. You talking about goldens or blueline? Golden tiles are far superior but both are excellent.

yeah i just looked at the first section of the page, i didnt read it further or look at where and when the data came from ..now that i read it further you are def reading it correct. im susprised at the high amount in shark, but thats such a broad catorgy and doesnt specify place or type at all.

    Tilefish Parmesan

    2 Tilefish filets
    1 Lemon
    1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup dry white wine
3 to 4 pats of butter
    1/3 cup bread crumbs

Place fish on broiling pan. Add wine. Sprinkle bread crumbs and Parm cheese over fish and top with butter pats.

Broil for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with lemon slices.

This recipe is good for any kind of whitefish

Steamed Bluelines - like eating crab

Steamed Goldens - like eating lobster

You guys are making me hungry and now I've got to plan another deep drop trip.

My daughter just bakes it & melts some butter down in a bowl and dips the Golden Tile in it, she says it's just like Lobster!
