If you always wanted to make sushi and sashimi and are not quite sure how to do it.. here is a place you can go to get video tutorial. just do a search on what you want to make and I am most certain they will have it.

    http://sushichannel.magnify.net

Also.. if you are a member of facebook you can search foods and there is a whole site with all kinds of video recipes.

Thanks!! The only thing that I "cheat" with is the rice. I live 3 miles from a sushi place so I just order a box or cooked rice.

That look good, I have the sushi roll down fine, but what is the orange stuff on the outside of the wraps. I remeber eating it in sushi restraunts, but I don't know where to get or what it is?

    Thanks

Jasmine rice is what I use for shushi, you need to add a cap full of season rice vinegar to your rice. That makes it sticky. Also they use the rice vinegar to dip their fingers in to keep the rice from sticking to their hands.
A shushi chef taught me this trick.

You can buy Jasmine rice in the grocery store, I use it for dishes now that I use rice with, it has a great nutty flavor to it.
