Stuffed grilled tuna steaks

1 container of Feta cheese, crumbled
Fresh oregano, about 1/4 c. chopped
Fresh dill, about 1/4 c. chopped
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh ground black pepper and sea salt
(4) 1 1/2"-2" thick tuna steaks

Slice a pocket in the side of each of the tuna steaks---this is a somewhat delicate task, but take it easy, get the pocket as centered and as deep as possible so you have room for stuffing.

Mix the feta, oregano and dill in a small bowl. Stuff the tuna steaks with the cheese/herb mixture.

Brush the steaks with EVOO and season with salt and pepper. Grill to desired doneness.

For me, pairing this with a crisp white wine brings out the flavor of the feta, and pairing it with a light red sharpens the flavor of the tuna. But everyone's pallet is different, so experiment and let me know.

Awesome recipe. I didn't have any tuna, so I used mahi. Had to be a bit more careful cutting the pocket - but it works great and tastes great

Thanks
