    Striper w/ Mayo & Wasabi

Modified a recipe last night, thought I would post it...
The Original recipe calls for Striped bass Fillet, Spread w/ Mayo and Sliced Onions, Grill until meat easily flakes.
I decided to "spice" it up, but to each there own. Feel free to create and post your own modifications...

I don't use specifics when I grill as I feel recipes are mostly guidelines. I just keep putting stuff together until I feel it tastes about right, so these are approximate measurements and your results may vary.

1 or 2 Striped bass Fillets, 1 to 2 inch think
    1 Medium Onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 Cup Mayo
1 to 2 tablespoons Wasabi Mustard
    1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice
    1/4 teaspoon of dried Parsley
Salt & Pepper - to taste

Mix together mayo, Wasabi, Lemon Juice, Parsley in a small bowl. Add Salt & Pepper to taste and set aside.
    Slice Onion into thin Rings
    Prep and Clean fish.
Wrap a baking pan w/ Foil and lightly spray w/ Non-stick spray (PAM)
We used one of those grilling pans w/ the holes in it.
Place the Fish on the pan, Spread w/ Mayo/ Wasabi Mix
    Cover w/ Onions
Place on grill, cover and cook until fish is done and flakes easily.
We had it on for about 20-30 minutes @ 350 degrees.

    Enjoy!
