striper casserole

well had some left over spinach,

take a medium cassarole dish, rub the inside with olive oil
you know the white ones you never use

put a layer of spinach on the bottom

place your striper fillets on the top, no black meat

cover with a good amount of blue cheese dressing

put another layer of spinach

then a light coat of olive oil on top

put in the oven at 375 degrees for 35-45 min

test with a fork to see if fish is done

man is this good
