    Had fresh striper last night, took the filets add fresh ground sea salt and pepper, a little lime powder, and a generous amount of grated orange peel. put it on the grill for about 10 minutes.mmmmmmmmmmm

    nothing wrong with fresh rockfish! I feel you have to be a pretty bad cook to mess that one up. Rockfish can handle alot of flavors, I have even mixed oldbay with bbq sauce and italian dressing and it comes out great.
