    A few weeks ago I made a bird on the grill and also a tilapia for my parents-in-law.

    The bird was delicious but I didn't try the tilapia.

    The grill is at my in laws (I live in an apartment), they moved to that house like 4 months ago. My parents have a very similar one in Sao Paulo.

    I insist that the next time I come down we fire up that charcoal grill in the backyard. I can take no more! Man do those things look delicious! Very nice!


    Jer, that is a fine looking grill at the in-laws. Now, about the Tilapia...are they O.K. for posterior consumption?
