Ok,
I'm not an expert at smokin fish. I've smoked some bluefish, King mack, salmon. came out good.
Heres the deal.
Got me a handy dandy electric smoker given to me by Lucky Lady. Holds about 50#. All ya need to do is brine your fish any way you like, Lots of recipies on the internet and I'm sure on SFC. Needs to be done the day before.
Hey, get creaive. find a brine that likes ya and add some spices.
Ya wanna do it ? I'm right off longneck road in Mariners Cove.
