Usually in the summer we have an abundance of fresh fish. I don't like freezing it so I try to eat it B, L and Dinner until its gone. This is one of my favorite quickies
1/2 patato - dices or small chunks
1 small onion - same
2 gloves of garlic - sliced very thin
some olive oil
cajun stuff - the kind the comes in the green can
s & P if needed
a big handful of tuna cut in 1 inch chunks
heat the oil over medium, add the patatos, when they are getting brown and ready add the onions and garlic. Once that is soft and brown and carmalized add the tuna for about 2 minutes.
BTW - It is also a great 2:00am after closing time meal
