    Simple Sauteed Stripers

    Or Rock as I prefer.
    1. Whatever number of Rock fillets, salted, peppered, old bay if you want. If thick, cut in half.
    2. Low heat, melt butter or heat olive oil.
    3. Add minced garlic to heating butter. Your choice on garlic amount.
    3. Once butter/oil is a little smokey add fillets.
    4. Cook on low temp. Once fillets are golden on 1 side, turn and add Capers/drained, maybe half bottle or less.

    Enjoy!
