Shrimp(or chicken) from Hell

Take fresh Jalapeno peppers and slice in half(longways) and remove the seeds. Take shrimp or slice of chicken breast and place in the pepper along with a sliver of onion. close pepper and wrap with a piece of bacon and toothpick together and grill. when the bacon is done the shrimp(or chicken) will be done. Makes a great appetizer. You can also use other peppers if you can't stand the heat.

Thanks Robja, I carry some wild whites from NC that are some of the best shrimp anywhere. I'll give it a go with them.
The bacon I've been using is cured in apple cider and smoked over apple wood gives it a sweet apple after tone to it and its not salty or over powering. Thanks Tim
