I was online looking for a great recipe for thresher shark. I had never prepared it before, so I wasn't sure if I could cook it properly. I saw the recipe for blackened mako, and I tried it and it was AWESOME!!!! The recipe does great with the thresher as well as sea scallops. The dipping sauce was fantastic as well and greatly complimented the heat of the rub. Thanks for the delicious meal!

Shark burgers are great, also.

Marinate bun sized steaks in italian dressing for about 30 minutes. Grill the steaks and put on a potato bun with a slice of cheese. Very simple, but very good.
