    Just broiled some fresh Thresher. Nothing fancy, Just dusted with some Chef paul Prudhommes seagood magic and broiled for about 8-9 minutes a side (depending on how thick the filet is). I cut them about an inch thick. Thats good.
    Heres the thing. If you throw out the red meat running down the filet your missing the best part. On a thresher it's alitle soft but tasty. Not strong like you would think.
    On a mako,
    It's like the best part. If you get a mako and want to throw that meat out, send it to me. Think filet mignon. Happy eating.

    Just picked up some thresher steaks from Chef JoekSr!
    We will have to try it a few different ways and see what we like best!
