Salmon fillet skin on
1 cup white wine
1 cup soy
1 garlic clove
fresh ginger root shaved
1 tsp brown sugar
1tbs black pepper

Marinated 30 minutes in Glass bowl

5 Minutes on skin side down , flip remove skin baste again and continue for 5 minutes.

Was easy and excellent

>>>>I like this way of cooking salmon, whats interesting is the ginger root, i have cooked salmon using some of the other stuff you said and came out very good now im adding the ginger root, I have a friend that collects roots and drys them he said he can get me some fresh root. Next time i put Salmon on my grill im doing it this way....ONE thing you fore got to mention in the is that when your wife is gone shopping and the kids are not around and you have the back yard to your self cook it up and top it off with a nice cold beer and a quite back yard ZZZZZZZZZZZ
