Recipe: Simple Sea Bass with Citrus and Garlic

Sorry it's taken me a little bit to finish up on Sea Bass

This recipe is super easy but very tasty.

8 sea bass fillets
1 lime
1 orange
2 cloves of garlic
S&P to taste
oil for pan

Season fillets
sear on both sides remove from pan add garlic hit with juice and add fish back to pan than plate

Thanks Kahi, As we have spoke in the past, simple pleasures. This dish is so simple but very tasty. Can be done with any white fillet fish, snapper, grouper,fluke, cod, striped bass. It really allows the fish to shine.
