INGREDIENTS:
2LBS OF TRIMMED STRIPED BASS
10 OZ FRESH BROCCOLI BLANCHED
4-5 STALKS OF BOK CHOY
3 CLOVES OF FRESH GARLIC MINCED
1 LIME
BUTTER TO FINISH
GREEK STYLE SEASONING BLEND
Dust your fish lightly with the Greek seasoning, heat a little olive oil in the pan
Sear fish on both sides remove from the pan
Add bok choy allow to cook down,
Add Broccoli
Add garlic squeeze in lime juice
Put fish back in pan to finish cooking
Add butter and allow to melt slowly swirling it in to make a sauce.
