RATTLE SNAKE

rattle snake (cleaned and cut into 3 inch peices) wash and drain
well
flour
cornmeal
grease
salt
pepper
milk

soak in milk. salt and pepper meat. get grease hot. roll in flour. Cook as if you were frying fish. cook until light brown and crispy. Serve with hot sauce if you like. serve with a salad.

Wow...thats pretty wild. No rattlesnakes up north ( thank god ) but I would give it a go if there was. Looks good to me.

they taste like frog legs ,but with more bones. We eat all we can catch here!! Never met a rattlesnake I didn't like.

In the field clean the Beast watch out for front end The last embers of a small fire needed "chicken mesh" wire on the fire it's a slow cook very oily let it drip out keeps fire going if you understand, salt, pepper, meat falls off bone really nice taste!!! Like snake not Chicken lol People always ask "whats it taste like, "Snake" guys Snake. Very pleasant not strong.
That is a nice size for 2 people. Need 3 For 4 people great eating. You will come back for more!!!!!
