I use the large crock pot. Get a Boston butt around 8.lbs.

roll out aluminium foil on the counter.

place the butt in the middle.....fat side up.

spread mustard and favorite rub on the fat.

fold the foil and seal tight.

place in the crock...fat side up.

turn on the crock to low temp...should be 200-210

let the butt cook all day while you are at work.....

    prep time minutes........

turn off crock after 10 hours and allow to cool

open foil and remove the shoulder blade

well there you go DD...simple, tender pulled pork

    Sauce
    2 cups ketchup
    2 Cups diced celery
    ½ cup Steak sauce
    ¼ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup apple cider vinegar(any will do)
    2 tsp lemon

Combine sauce ingredients with shredded pork & return to crock pot till celery softens(1 hour on high)

PS I add some Hot pepper flakes to turn it up a notch.

Made this yesterday, minus the celery (I don't like celery). I got a wild boar roast out of the freezer and had it in the crockpot all day. It was awesome!!! THANKS!!!
