One way to get through winter - TUNA

Guys,

Thanks God for vacu-sealed tuna to get me through the winter. Here is some yellowfin, we topped with a Japanese ginger glaze. We made a side of a taboule and rice. And of course washing it down with a Martha's Vineyard Offshore Amber Ale.

Is is Summer yet?????
