several of you have contacted me regarding a few recipes and such, and one in particular has become infatuated with one of my sauces i sent him. you want the recipe, here it is. you must know my closest friends have not been able to get this recipe from me for 10 years or so. i am breaking my code and letting it out. THIS IS JUST FOR YOU GUYS HERE, PLEASE DO NOT PASS IT ON!
"NASTY'S SAUCE"
3/4 LB-1 LB FRESH RIPE HABANERO PEPPERS, CUT OFF THE STEMS AND THE TOPS
1 HEAD OF GARLIC
FRESH GINGER (ABOUT THE SIZE OF YOUR FINGER)
3 LIMES AND THE ZEST OF ONE
1 MEDIUM ONION, YELLOW
1 TABLESPOON OF SALT
3 TABLESPOONS OF YELLOW MUSTARD
GRIND ALL OF THIS UPIN A BLENDER, IT WILL FORM A THICK PASTE. I THEN USE ORANGE JUICE, LEMON JUICE, AND VINEGAR TO THIN IT OUT AND TO MAKEA FULL BLENDER LOAD WITH EMPHASIS ON THE OJ AND VINEGAR. I JUST PLAY WITH IT TILL I GET THE FLAVOR I SEEK. IT WILL TASTE RATHER RAW WHEN YOU FIRST MAKE IT, BUT AFTER IT SITS A FEW DAYS IT WILL BLEND THE FLAVORS TOGETHER AND MAKE THAT SPECIAL CALMED DOWN FLAVOR I LIKE. IF YOU WANT A SWEETER SAUCE, ADD SOME MANGO AND A LITTLE MORE OJ.
LET ME JUST SAY THIS, IT IS AWESOME ON BURGERS, CHOPS, AND ANYTHING YOU PUT IT ON! HOWLWHATCHAGOT, YOU THOUGHT THAT THE BALSAMIC VINAGRET WAS THE TICKET, HUUHHH YOU HAVEN'T SEEN SHIT YET!
