Oh Boy My Belly feels Good

So the wife and kids were out for the day, won't be home till late so its time to fend for myself.
Chipped Vennison Cheesesteaks sounded good so I got it in cast Iron skillet, with onions and garlic and low and behold my neighbor kid walks in holding a zip lock bag for me. Oh Sweet Jesus could it be........ Oh yes, yes it is. He comes bearing gifts I felt like royalty oh the bounty from Hatteras NC a perfect glistening steak of..........Bluefin.

So of to the side burner goes the cheesesteak and a new pan appears to heat up to a smoking hot slab of steal.
I hold the steak with a delicate touch, coat with a slight sheen of olive oil, than sprinkled lightly with sea salt pepper and granulated garlic

Simple simple
Cooked just so its not cold in the middle more like room temp
Fresh squeezed lime
and yes Kahi, a few pats of butter than a drizzle of soy
Talk about decadence the first Tuna steak of 2011 has been sacrificed.

Oh By the way the cheese steaks were good or so Kyle said. Not a bad swap vennison cheese steaks for fresh tuna. The kid don't eat fish but loves to catch them. I think he was dropped as a child
