Any of you guys got something you like to do with them?

Drop 2" chunks into hard boiling water. Remove when they float. Add butter and Black pepper. Only takes a couple minutes. Steamed is just as good.

HOLCH got the right idea.. you can do that or you can steam them.. either way is good.. just take it easy as they are the WORST mercury content fish in the entire ocean!! 3X worse than a swordfish if i read what i think i read! lol

OK I'll try that next time. I made it tonight, Panko crusted and pan fried in a little olive oil. Then made a roasted garlic dipping sauce it was pretty good . Thanks
