Question Need Tile Fish Recipe

I just refilled the freezer with some fresh Blueline Tilefish and am looking for a recipe that rocks.

I have tried fried and it is not very tasty fried.

I have tried it boiled in salted water then dipped in butter and that is very good.

I am looking for a great broiled or grilled recipe.

I am going to get creative and try a couple of new ways, but I am also looking for new ideas.

THANKS in ADVANCE!!!

This is what I do with the Golden we catch. First, get your favorite Crab Cake recipe and just substitute the Tile instead of using Crab. My kids go nuts for them!

My daughter also bakes it with olive oil drizzeled on it and dips in melted butter after that.

I like mine sauteed in butter with onions salt & pepper to taste.

That's funny! My dad has always told me that! But that does sound good too!

The texture is so close to lobster, we broil seasoned with hot paprika and salt. Then dip the chunks in a melted butter, lemon, dill. We do not over spice the fine natural flavor. One of the best flavor fish I have had. I have a list of favorites. Sea bass, tog, mako. All have a distinct rich natural flavor not to cover up. I like the tile best, due to the thick texture combined with flavor. Try to open the tile with a fork when broiling. Get the paprika, salt down in there. I am hungry now
