Ok, I've got it...

2 pounds crab meat - Super hugemongous JUMBO LUMP -
1 cup jack cheese
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons garlic
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon diced jalapeno’s
2 teaspoons hot sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Mix it all together and bake it like a casserole at 350 until it browns on top.

Slice up a fresh loaf of French bread and serve.

It's one of my favorites!

Thumbs up UNREAL and SIMPLE CRAB DIP

simple and good......dont ask about the quantity of the ingredients.....this famous St Michaels, MD restaurant would not give me the amounts.......only what was added...

1 lb. prefer backfin or lump....(de-shelled if need be)
real butter..NO fake stuff
cream cheese
orange juice with pulp/or white wine.....NOT BOTH
fresh parsley
pimento
mozzarella cheese shredded
SMOKED provolone cheese shredded
Old Bay or JO Spice seasoning
fresh squeezed lemon

Ok.....melt butter...melt cream cheese in pan then add orange juice or white wine (like a 1/4 cup) and pimento...before it starts to thicken.. pour over crabmeat....try NOT to break up lumped crabmeat...let chill in fridge for a couple of hours....preheat oven....NO MICROWAVE to 325 and put in oven so butter/cream cheese mix starts to liquify..gently stir so all crabmeat is covered......now light sprinkle of Old Bay or JO Spice seasoning.....turn oven on broil....and cover with both shredded cheeses...once cheese starts to bubble remove and let cool....when dish is almost cool to touch remix all and top with parsley and fresh squeezed lemon juice.....

great with round bread bowls or good crackers..

PS...DO NOT TELL YOUR DOCTOR about this recipe.....

most of my friends prefer the OJ recipe over the white wine one

ok......ABBODONZA......enjoy

Okay... best crab dip I've ever had...

1 to 1 1/2 lbs crab meat
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco or other pepper sauce
dash cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
dash seasoning salt
1 clove fresh garlic, pressed and finely diced
2 tbsp. finely chopped green onions
1 tsp. lemon juice

Soften cream cheese and blend thoroughly with mayo, Miracle Whip, and sour cream. Add other ingredients, except crab meat, and mix until thoroughly blended. Add crab meat and blend well. Refrigerate 1-2 hours and serve with thinly sliced baguette bread or crackers.

Try it, you'll like it! Guaranteed...
