Hey. just have to share this.

Not complicated but darn good.

Had some thresher in the freezer, got hungry.
So.
Liberally sprinkled 2 steaks (about 1" thick) with Phillips Blackening Seasoning.
Got that grill just as hot as it could go.
Sprayed with Pam.
Layed them steaks down.
Waited a little while ( bout 1 beer)
( you may want to find a better timing system as we all drink beer at a different speed)
Flipped em.
Waited a little while (bout half a beer).
You can see them cook, Just watch the color rise.

Cook 8 Oz. elbow macroni while waiting for fish to cook.
If you have more fish up Macaroni to 1 #.

Add to Macaroni,
Mayo, ( not lite, not artificial, Real Hellmanns Mayo).
1 or 2 Blackened shark steaks finely minced.
Add a little salt to taste.

Thats it, thats what I did and it is good.

you could add onion, pepper or whatever but try not to
overwhelm the taste.
