Bill has fled to Hatteras with the camera. Something about a SCAB surf fishing event...He should ride the winds of Hannah back home on Friday.

had this last night for dinner. wow is this good. I made one change with adding clams and scallops into the pot at 8mins left to cook.
my girl would not let me dump it on the kitchen table so I had to serve it on a platter.
needless to say we ate like Romans.

could not ask for a better meal.now I just have to find some moonshine for the next go around.
