Kim Bop Roll

I whipped up one of my favorite dishes tonight. A classic Korean disk called Kim Bop Roll.

Sushi rice
Avacado
pimento
roasted seasame seeds
tuna









I am stuffed to the gills.

I made 3 rolls And none of my crowd will eat raw fish. Plus, I had to eat some of the grilled terriaki tuna that everyone else was eating.
