The next bite on a jig.

    Kikoman

Don't know if any of you all have tried this, but thought I would let you know that I really like it. Much better than the standard teriyaki. I'm sure there are better, but for an off the shelf at the grocery, this one is doing really well for us.

    Home made Teriyaki...

1 Quart Kikkoman Soy Sauce (Can substitute Low Sodium)
    1 Cup Honey
1 Tablespoon Finely Grated Fresh Ginger
    2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic

In a suacepan Bring the Soy sauce to a low simmer.
    Add Honey, Ginger, Garlic.

Let simmer until the honey is fully dissolved.

    Cool and refrigerate.

Use it anywhere you normally use Teriyaki.
