K.I.S.S. MY BASS GROUPER!
Steamed some SeaBass and Grouper (seperately) fillets w/ lots of pepper. Added a little butter after it was cooked. It was incredible!
I wanted to taste both species without adding anything to them and compare which was better. I had a choice of three different types of grouper and went with the Red Grouper. Tommorrow we have Gag and Scamp on the menu.
I ate the Seabass first, and while it was super, the Grouper was even better. Keep it simple stupid with very fresh fish is a good rule to live by. Save the marinades for the Red meat.

Sounds great, It is true VERY hard to beat grouper. I usually hit it with S&P, then grill and eat. Thanks for making me hungry, I may have to take a quick trip in the morn
