I need some smoked salmon know how?

Some one gave me two bags of king salmon fillets. I want to smoke them. Any recipes? Thanks-

I do all my fish the same.

Put your fish in a large bowl. Add course rock salt and brown sugar and small amount of water and mix well. Let stand over night in ref. I have Bar B Q with one big side and small side (smoker style). I get a good coal fire going on the small side, just as if you were going to cook steaks (good and hot), Put filet's on the large side skin side down and season with a small amount of pepper, onion and garlic powder. Add pre-soaked hickory or mesquite chips on top of coals. Keep fish side temp down to about 100 to 150 degrees. Smoke until done (1 to 3 hrs).

I have an electric smoker but I do it the same way. Then make a cream cheese, green onion, garlic, salmon spread served on crackers.......mmmm
