I do something similar to the recipe above only I add a bunch of capers (2 tablespoons) and some brown mustard (couple big squirts, maybe 3-4 tablespoons) and probably a little more wine (dry white) and reduce down.....it kicks ass, it's easy and tastes pretty dam good. toss the fish in and spoon sauce over or pour over fish on a plate, it's all good. Works good on wahoo, tuna etc.......
