here is one of mine
use a good 80%
chopped vidalia onion , a little old bay , worcestershire,
fresh garlic diced, all to taste , then mix
add grill

here ya go

2 pounds 80% lean ground beef
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
2 packets of hidden valley ranch powder mix
refrigerate burgers for 1-2 hrs. before grilling
add cheese of choice if desired and thin lightly battered onion rings
makes 6-8 burgers

Mix a little Montreal Steak Seasoning and Soy Sauce with the hamburger meat. Form into patties and cook to taste. Place burgers on bun and add homemade pimento cheese to burger. Enjoy.

every time there is a new post i go and read all the posts over again and every thing on a grill is good but there is just some thing about a good burger that will make you hunger as
HE#@ just reading about them on a grill and it does not take much and you can smell them

Please for the love of god let the Burgers be burgers. It's not meatloaf. It's HAMBURGER. Nothing is better than plain old USDA beef. Salt/Pepper OK....Everything else should be considered DRESSING or Toppings.


When do we eat??
