Grilled Wild Turkey
Making freezer space!
One or Two boneless Turkey Breast
Dry Rub...
1 tbs chile powder
1 tbs ground cumin
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sea salt
1/4-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Cover breast in dry rub the use olive oil to rub meat to prevent drying out.
Grill over 300 charcoal w/peach wood for smoke flavor until meat reaches 180.
The flames are for picture only.
Keep grill closed and air shut down to maximuize the smoke flavor.
Also pictured is my remote meat thermometer. Any one with a
grill needs one of these!
